(1) In precision parts processing, the marking of the workpiece can be completed by a fitter, and generally a template with the same shape as the wing needs to be made.
(2) When milling and aligning, the rotary table should be aligned at a certain bisection position, and the bisection line of a certain wing shaped piece should be parallel to the workbench vertically and horizontally by rotating the workpiece. Regarding the lateral position between the milling cutter and the workpiece, the adjustment for rough milling is determined by adjusting the length of the profiling rod, while the adjustment for fine milling is determined by the slight lateral movement of the workbench.
(3) Fine milling is separated, and the shape, position, and roller contact pressure of the formed surface are formed using the residual effect of rough milling.
(4) In the processing of precision parts, attention should be paid to the use of reverse milling. Convex surface 1 is milled in from the large end of the wing, and concave surface 2 is milled in from the small end of the wing.
(5) When inspecting the contour curve, use a dedicated template for inspection.
(6) The position of wing shaped pieces is usually visually inspected by marking.
(7) After the shape inspection of each wing shape piece is qualified, the bisection of the workpiece surface can be checked using an indicator table and the highest point of the convex surface can be rechecked using the bisection plate calibration device. The bisection error is determined based on the indicated value difference.
