Why does the machining accuracy of hardware parts deteriorate

The accuracy of hardware components almost determines the quality of the product. The more precise the hardware components, the higher the accuracy requirements. Why does the accuracy of hardware component processing decrease?
Here are the answers:
1. It is the poor accuracy of the parts themselves. Generally speaking, if the dynamic error between the shafts is not adjusted during installation, or if the shaft transmission chain changes due to wear, it will affect the accuracy of the parts. Usually, the accuracy of error types can be corrected by readjusting the compensation amount. If the error is too large or an alarm occurs, the servo motor must be checked to see if the speed is too high.
2. The overshoot of the machine during operation can also affect the machining accuracy. This may be because the acceleration/deceleration time is too short and the change time is appropriately extended. Of course, the connection between the guide screw and the servo motor is also likely to become loose.
3. The roundness exceeds the tolerance caused by the dual axis linkage, the mechanical deformation of the shaft is not adjusted, the pitch compensation of the shaft is incorrect, or the positioning deviation of the shaft may affect the accuracy of precision components.
