The surface finish of CNC machining can be divided into:
1. Oxidation processing: CNC processing suppliers use oxidation technology to produce CNC processed finished parts (mainly aluminum CNC processed parts), which hardens the surface of CNC processed products and makes them less prone to wear.
2. Spray painting processing: CNC service companies use spray painting processing when producing large CNC precision machined parts. Spray painting treatment prevents rusting of CNC processing components, such as daily necessities, electrical cabinets, handicrafts, etc.
3. Electroplating: Electroplating is also the most commonly used machining process for CNC machining parts. The surface of CNC machining components is galvanized using modern technology to ensure that they will not mold or peel off after long-term use. Electroplating standard processing includes screws, stamping parts, batteries, automotive parts, small accessories, etc.
4. Polishing: Use polishing materials for polishing, wax polishing, copper water wiping, etc., and manually polish. Polish the sharp corners on the smooth surface clean to avoid harm to the human body during use.
5. Brush coating: Draw some strokes on the surface of aluminum or steel parts or other products to make the sample feel better. Plastic wire drawing is usually sprayed with a thick layer of paint and processed through this process. The effect is worse than that of metal CNC aluminum machined parts. The texture is inferior to metal parts.
6. Sandblasting: There is a lot of plastic residue in the computer gong sample, which is very difficult to manually operate, especially when there are many holes or buckles, it is very time-consuming.
So use a sandblasting machine. The remaining plastic has fallen off. Aluminum CNC machined parts or other metal parts can cover the surface with cutting lines. Some customers also require sandblasting and oxidation to give the body a strong granular metallic texture.
The sand is delicate glass bead, distinguished by patterns (for example, No. 60 is coarse sand, and No. 200 is fine apple sand)
7. Fuel injection: According to customer requirements, spray oil on our products. Our venue is a dust-free oil injection room, using the best oil. (Injection molding can be sprayed with rubber oil, bright varnish, light semi matte, matte, baking paint, and different paint colors)

Metallic finishing, sometimes known as metallic finishing, is the process of using several techniques to change the surface of an object in order to improve appearance and performance, such as corrosion resistance, discoloration resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and hardness, modify electrical conductivity, remove burrs, or apply a specific color to a machined part.
