What should CNC machining centers pay attention to when changing tools

When machining CNC machining centers, cutting tools are essential, and tool replacement is frequent. There are several points to pay attention to when changing tools.
Check if the pull pins on the tool handle are loose, worn, or missing (easily damaging the spindle), and pay attention to the taper of the pull pins.
Check whether the conical surface of the tool handle is smooth, clean, without protrusions, and free from impurities such as aluminum shavings.
The machine tool also needs to pay attention to the total weight of the tool and the total length of the tool handle, which cannot exceed the maximum tool limit. Whether it is a new tool installation or a replacement of a broken tool, the tool length must be readjusted and the tool length data entered into the corresponding tool number address.
After checking the above items, if normal, the blade can be installed on the tool holder.
When installing the tool, it is necessary to rotate the cutter head and tool number to the safe installation gap, otherwise it is very easy to break the tool holder and scratch the spindle.
Precautions:
(1) When installing new pull nails, be sure to use screw glue, Loctite, and LOCTITE242, and wait for them to dry before use.
(2) The model and angle of the pulling nail: one is the cone angle of 30 degrees, and the other is the cone angle of 45 degrees, specific identification. Pay attention to identification when installing the handle of each model.
