1. Outer diameter measurement techniques
When measuring the outer diameter, it is necessary to measure and record in the circumferential two parts. When the part diameter is greater than 50mm, a straight line search shall be carried out, the working face of the knife edge ruler shall be used to contact the outer diameter bus, the building width shall be observed, and then the gap of the example specification shall be judged.
2. Inner diameter measurement techniques
When measuring the inner diameter of a part, only the circumferential three parts need to be measured and recorded. When the length of the same diameter is greater than 40mm, a cylindricity check should be carried out. Under the limitations of the same diameter length direction, the larger partition should be measured at two positions. Calculate the cylindricity error.
3. Techniques for measuring external rib patterns
Measure the mid diameter of the outer rib using a rib ring gauge or three needle gauge, and measure the minor diameter using a rib ring gauge.
4. Techniques for measuring internal ribs
Use a ribbed plug gauge (through gauge) to measure the outer diameter of the inner rib, and use a ribbed plug gauge to measure the pitch diameter.
5. Surface roughness detection
The relative judgment is carried out using the sample block relative method.
6. Detection of flatness
Using the table method for inspection, place three adjustable supports on the flat plate, place the measuring surface of the part upwards on the support point, adjust the support point, and make the three points equal in height. The peak and valley values measured in the table are the plane error of the plane.
To have professional quality inspection knowledge and relevant job resumes, it is also necessary to meet the requirements of inspection work.
The applied testing and measuring equipment needs to pass the judgment of the professional testing department within the specified calibration cycle.
