CNC machining center is an efficient automated machine tool with many functions. Bearings are components of CNC machining centers, whose main function is to support the rotation of machinery, reduce the friction coefficient generated during its movement, and ensure its rotational accuracy. So in this chapter, the CNC machining factory mainly discusses the methods for dismantling bearings.
1、 Percussion method
When striking, concentrate the force on the inner ring of the bearing; This method is relatively simple, but it can easily damage the bearings. When disassembling, place an object under the bearing and gently tap with a hammer to remove the bearing.
2、 Pull-out method
When using a dedicated broaching machine, simply turn the handle to pull out the bearing. It must be noted that the broaching machine is stuck on the inner ring end face of the bearing, and the bending angle of the broaching machine is less than 90 °.
3、 Pushover method
It should be noted that this method can be achieved through a press, which is relatively safe for bearings. However, it should be noted that the force point of the press should be placed at the center of the shaft.
4、 Hot dismantling method
If about 100 bearings are injected into the bearing with an oil pot, according to the principle of thermal expansion, cooling, and contraction, the bearing will expand when heated, but at this time, pulling plates can be used to assist in pulling out; Use this method slightly to avoid burns.
5、 Induction heating method
This method is relatively good. CNC machining of the bearing ring generates induced current, causing the bearing to heat and expand, making it easy to remove the spindle.
