Dongguan turning and milling composite processing is used for semi precision and precision machining of mechanical parts. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, convenient operation, and economic practicality, and is suitable for turning rotating surfaces such as inner and outer cylindrical surfaces and conical surfaces, as well as turning metric, inch modulus, and warp threads. It is commonly used as a mechanical processing equipment in the field of CNC machining. When machining workpieces, friction errors may occur due to various factors.
Method for reducing friction error of turning and milling composite lathes:
1. Reduce friction in the transmission system
The turning and milling composite lathe adopts rolling guide rails, static pressure guide rails, air static pressure guide rails, or magnetic levitation to reduce system friction, while reducing the difference between dynamic and static friction and improving the dynamic performance of the feed system. However, using high-performance guides can greatly increase the cost of machine tools.
2. Improve the rigidity of the servo drive system
The CNC lathe has improved the rigidity of the position loop, speed loop, and current loop of the servo drive system. When friction error occurs, the small error signal can be adjusted appropriately to the motor driving current in a timely manner. However, high stiffness can easily cause system oscillation.
Reducing the control cycle of each control circuit of the servo driver is also beneficial for improving the response speed of the system. But reducing the control cycle requires Dongguan turning and milling composite processing equipment to have higher hardware performance.
