In precision parts processing, there are many product workpieces that are not produced at once, and when the product workpieces are produced, they are only a rough model. If the factory becomes a real product, it requires the use of some mechanical equipment for precision processing, and precision processing according to different product requirements, ultimately becoming a product with practical value.
In order to ensure the efficiency of precision machining and the quality of the products produced during precision parts processing, four principles must be followed for precision machining.
1. Benchmark first:
When using mechanical equipment to process products, it is necessary to determine a reference plane for positioning in subsequent production and processing.
2. Divide production and processing stages:
When precision machining products, different production and processing levels are required for different product requirements, and the production and processing levels need to be divided. If the accuracy requirement is not high, then a simple rough machining stage is sufficient. The schedule requirements for products are becoming increasingly strict, and semi precision processing and finishing will be carried out in the later stage.
3. Face first, then hole:
When performing precision machining, for product workpieces such as brackets, both flat production processing and mechanical hole processing are required. In order to produce machining holes with small accuracy errors, first create a machining plane and then make it. Machined holes help reduce errors.
