Precautions for CNC precision machining
1.Before processing each program, it is necessary to strictly determine whether the tool is similar to the program.
2.When installing the tool, it is necessary to determine whether the length of the tool and the clamping head are suitable.
3. It is strictly prohibited to open the machine door during machine operation to prevent flying knives or workpieces.
4. In the process of CNC precision machining, if a collision environment is found, the operator needs to stop immediately, such as pressing the emergency stop button or reset button, or adjusting the feed rate to zero. CNC precision machining factory.
5. CNC precision machining should be maintained in similar areas of each tool alignment in similar workpieces to ensure the accuracy of tool engagement.
6.During the machining process, if excessive machining allowance is found, it is necessary to use a single segment or stop to clear the X, Y, and Z values, and then swing back to zero to run on its own.
7. Operators are not allowed to leave the machine tool or regularly inquire about the operating environment of the machine tool. If leaving midway, relevant personnel should be designated for inspection.
8.Before using the light knife to spray oil, the aluminum slag inside the machine tool should be removed to prevent it from absorbing oil.
9. CNC precision machining should try to use air blowing during the roughing process and spray oil during the smooth cutting process.
10.After the workpiece is removed from the machine, it must be rinsed and deburred immediately.
11.During breaks, operators need to provide accurate instructions on timing to ensure that subsequent processing can proceed normally.
12.Before shutting down, ensure that the tool magazine is in the middle position, the XYZ axis is stopped, and the power and main power on the machine tool control panel are turned off one by one.
13.When encountering thunderstorms, it is necessary to immediately disconnect the power supply and stop working.
