Use a 12 to make it rough, then use a 10mm flat path to polish it, or simply use a 12 blade to make it rough at a slower speed and faster with the light blade. Or replace it with a diamond blade.
The maximum speed of an ordinary 8000 rpm machine is over 6000. Usually, this is the starting speed for making aluminum polishing knives. If the knife is small and cannot produce good surface finish, a single single blade can be used to leave 3-5 threads of processing for the polishing knife, which will be better. However, if the machine speed is low, making aluminum polishing is a tough problem.
Hand processing can be done with sandpaper and cleaning cloth, and polished.
If there is sandblasting or anodizing in the next step, you don't need to worry about these knife marks. The knife marks will also be invisible after ordinary oxidation or hard oxidation.
