CNC centerless machining is a machining process that we must use when processing some parts. However, during CNC centerless machining, instability may occur during centerless machining. Why are there significant fluctuations in CNC centerless machining in large CNC machining plants?
The reason for the significant fluctuation in the outer diameter of CNC precision automatic lathe:
1. The tool center is not properly aligned, or the tool center may move, such as the gap between the tool holders being too large.
2. The instability of the outer diameter of the 2.1 and 2 tool carriages is related to the gap between the balance tool holders. If the 1 tool is too tight and does not fall in place, it will change. If it is too loose, the entire tool holder will sway back and forth, and the outer diameter will also be unstable.
3. The tool is not locked. The tool angle is not ground to standard.
4. The line of the tool holder is worn and too loose. The forward and backward nuts of the tool holder will not lock tightly and will move.
5. The cutting amount is too large, and the angle given by the cam is not suitable.
6. tool wear or tool tip collapse. Two collets have wrong centers, especially stainless steel ones.
7. The center frame chuck is prone to scratching and material damage, which can also be unstable.
8. The spindle chuck is not round, the material cannot be clamped tightly, the spindle box lines have large gaps, the front bearing is worn or too loose or tight, or the spindle is too dirty, which affects the transmission coefficient.
9. The center between the spindle collet and the center frame collet is not aligned, causing the raw material to be processed in an oblique line.
10. If the center clamp is not smooth inside and has a bell shaped mouth, the inside is small and the front is large, or vice versa, if the center frame clamp nut is too loose or not locked in place, the clamp is already very tight.
11. The cam tip is severely worn.
12. Materials with different sizes or elliptical shapes.
13. Front bearing wear can also cause instability.
