Firstly, analyze and diagnose faults based on alarm signals:
Judging from the fault phenomenon, this phenomenon may be related to the following two situations
(1) There may be a problem with the oil cylinder stroke switch that controls the upward movement of the tool magazine during turn-milling composite machining
(2) May be connected to the connection line of the magazine up travel switch. Due to long-term use and aging of the circuit, the signal is disconnected. Firstly, check the oil cylinder travel switch that controls the upward movement of the tool magazine, and ensure that the switch is working properly. Secondly, use the j1b plug and multimeter to check the connection between the switch and the control board. The connection wire numbered 89 is also normal, indicating that the fault is not related to the travel switch and connection wire. Based on experience, it may also be a problem with CNC boards with j1b plugs. Use a CNC board with a j1a plug and adjust it (both boards are the same) to test the machine. The fault still exists, and the problem with the CNC control board can be eliminated
Based on previous fault phenomena and maintenance experience, we have used a new signal wire to directly connect to the uplink switch and the other end to terminal block 89 near the j1b plug. After trial operation, the alarms numbered 31 and 38 are no longer displayed, and the machine tool returns to normal. Through this test, it was determined that the machine tool alarm was caused by a problem with the signal line. Replace with a new signal line, the alarm disappears, and the machine tool is working normally
Then, based on the cause analysis, find the corresponding solution:
There are two numbered terminal blocks on the tool magazine, which are connected by signal wires. The signal wires between two terminal boards often move back and forth with the tool magazine, causing wear and aging of the signal wires, resulting in signal circuit breakers or virtual connections. After replacing the signal line with a new one, the fault will automatically be eliminated. After the malfunction occurred, we realized that the parts that frequently move on the machine tool, whether they are mechanical parts or connecting wires, are prone to wear and tear due to long-term turning and milling composite processing, leading to malfunctions. In future repairs, we should first pay attention to the inspection of these components
