In the context of drastic changes in the macro situation, all employees of Beijing Helishi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. have united and worked hard, fully reflecting their sense of ownership and proactive dedication in the face of various uncertainties, ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

In 2022, the operating performance of Helishi Electric decreased slightly compared to 2021, but there was still a significant increase compared to 2020. The key industries, such as textile machinery systems, AGV industry motors and drive systems, have maintained their performance at the same level as in 2021, which is commendable. And in 2022, it was awarded the national level "specialized, refined, and innovative" Little Giant title by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Against the backdrop of drastic changes in the macro situation, Helishi Electric has formulated a nine character policy of "reducing inventory, controlling accounts receivable, and maintaining cash" in early 2022. The business strategy has changed from "ensuring delivery" under the high-speed growth situation in 2021 to stable operation in 2022, laying a solid foundation for the healthy and stable development of the company in the following years.

Facing 2023, the macro situation remains severe. The war between Russia and Ukraine continues, and energy prices will remain high. The Federal Reserve's interest rate hike will inevitably lead to a decrease in external demand, and China's product exports will be affected. At the same time, it still takes time for people to recover from the COVID-19 epidemic to the pre epidemic level, and there may be a subsequent peak of infection. From a positive perspective, the country has introduced many incentive policies, hoping to focus on economic development. So, judging from the market situation, the domestic market should have a recovery growth in 2023, and Helishi Electric will also be prepared for this.

He Zhenqiu, the development director of Hollysys Motor Textile Machinery Project, stated that since the outbreak of the epidemic three years ago, it has to some extent blocked communication between enterprises and customers. In today's world where online communication is commonplace, offline communication remains important. In the year of returning to normal, we will strengthen offline communication with customers, face-to-face chat about needs, technology, and sparks from collisions. In addition, after three years of the epidemic, offline exhibitions have also been extended again and again. This year, I hope to participate in one or two offline exhibitions and use the exhibition platform to strengthen communication and exchange with customers.

In 2023, despite the strong uncertainty of the macro situation, Hollyssey Electric believes that the key is still to work hard on internal skills. Firstly, we need to adjust our mindset, not to be pessimistic due to the uncertainty of the situation, nor to be blindly optimistic. We must do our daily work solidly; Secondly, to accumulate and tap potential, the development department should improve and optimize technology, the sales and marketing department should have close contact with customers, fully tap into potential customers and their demand points, the production department should continuously optimize production efficiency, the quality department should further improve quality control level, and so on; Thirdly, in the domestic environment where there may be recovery growth starting from the second and third quarters, it is necessary to cherish every order, truly serve customers with care, and strive to return the company's performance to the growth track by 2023.
