Highlight 1: Application Solution for Human Machine Collaboration - Relay Gluing

This plan showcases the working scenario of collaboration between the cross-border cooperative robot and the operator. Manually place the unglued relay on the operating platform, and then the Yuejiang CR3S collaborative robot continues to apply glue. After completion, the finished product is manually transferred to the finished product area, and manual and robot operations are carried out in sequence, resulting in fast adhesive application speed and good product quality.

Due to the fact that the working space for the relay coating process is less than 1 square meter, in order to ensure production efficiency and maximize personnel safety, the Yuejiang Cooperation Robot in this plan is specially equipped with safety skin. When it detects that a person is approaching 15cm, the robot immediately stops and automatically resumes operation after the person leaves, ensuring efficient and safe production process.

Highlight 2: Application Solution for the Automotive Industry - Lamp Screw Lock Attachment

The Yuejiang CR5 collaborative robot is equipped with a locking screw process package, which can accurately lock M 1.0- M 5.0 screws with a beat of 2.5 seconds and torque accuracy error controlled within ± 5%. It supports multi angle and multi pose operation, and can quickly complete the locking task of multiple holes in a car lamp component, increasing efficiency for the production line while ensuring the quality of the lock.

The self developed locking screw process package by Yuejiang has improved the overall debugging efficiency by 80%. The operation process is simplified to three steps: taking screws, locking screws, and uploading data. Without programming, a one click program can be generated to quickly start production, making it easier to get started.

Highlight 3: Metal Processing Application Solution - Mobile Welding Workstation

The mobile welding workstation adopts a highly integrated and lightweight design, seamlessly combining the cross-border collaborative robot with welding machines and ecological components. It can be easily pushed by a single person and is suitable for various welding scenarios.

The workstation is equipped with a welding process package developed by Yuejiang, providing simple drag teaching and graphical programming. It has no threshold for getting started and can quickly generate various welding programs. Novice welders become old in seconds, reducing deployment time by 80%. By simply setting up, various swing arc modes such as triangle, spiral, trapezoid, and sine can be achieved. Whether it is welding carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, or aluminum, the weld seam can be kept beautiful and not deformed.
