Hardening Treatment
Hansheng Automation provides two major types of hardening treatments:
1. Heat Treatment:
heat treatment refers to a metal hot working process that changes the chemical composition and structure of the surface or interior of the material to obtain the required properties by means of heating, insulation and cooling in the solid state. Common methods include normalizing, tempering, quenching, tempering, and local quenching.
2. Surface Electrical Treatment:
Mechanical surface treatment: sandblasting, shot blasting, polishing, rolling, polishing, brushing, spraying, painting, oiling.
Chemical surface treatment: bluening and blackening, phosphating, pickling, electroless plating of various metals and alloys, TD treatment, QPQ treatment, chemical oxidation.
Electrochemical surface treatment: anodizing, electrochemical polishing, electroplating.
Modern surface treatment: chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical vapor deposition (PVD), ion implantation, ion plating, and laser surface treatment.
